[sale] gay community/dating site for sale

Gay community website for sale! There are over 600 members and growing by 10 to 30 daily! It is an excellent community without much revenu at the minute as I've not really had the time to monitorize the site revenu stands at $60 for jan useing miva ads. Boy18 runs off phpfox with a fair few modes.

www.boy18.co.uk plus www.boy18.biz has been running since December 2006 and in jan had 5000 unique visitors with over 10.000 returnring vistors all form se and free links. All statistics can be accounted for.
The site is more than doubling its size and i expect it will have over a 1000 members by the end of February 2007.

I am only selling the site due to work commitments. So if i have missed any info of here plz just ask and i will gladly supply it.

I have done next to no adverstising for this site but I know with a bit of effort behind it, the site could really reach its Potential!
