Too many Pakistani Fellow, like me having same problem. 1000's of emails to Paypal, Millions of Requests, but still not available. Take a look on alternatives, like Moneybookers, Alertpay etc. I am not seeing PayPal in Pakistan soon, As I am waiting for them from the last 5years Regards
