    Im going to make this short and sweet.

    http://www.sailboatinglessons.com is a brand new content site I have just made so assume no traffic/revenue.

    This isn't really a bidding war just make me an offer on here or through PM.

    I know I can make it profitable but if I can sell it I will let somone else take it off my hands and work on my others.

    There is no traffic but the pages are keyword optomized so I could pretty easily get it indexed and get traffic coming for the sailing terms.

    And no I wont be selling the content that defeats the purpose. Theres plenty of article writers here.
