Safin wins Australian Open Tennis

    Hello the tennis just finished and just letting you guys know how close the game was but Safin won against the home grown Hewit
    2 sets to 1



    Did anyone else watch the tennis???

    I'm an Aussie.

    Hewits big dream was to get into the finals in the Aussie Open. He did so. :)

    I don't know much about tennis, but Hewit looked like a badass playing Roddick- more intensity than I would have expected.

    Wohoo i love tennis! I always go to Wimbledon when i have the time.

    I missed this match though because i am shallow enough to watch (and love) Paris & Nicole's Simple Life which was on @ the same time

    I had the pleasure of being at the five setter between Safin and Federer on Thursday where Safin broke Federer's 26 game winning streak. I think it was probably the game of the tournament with both players having match points at one time or another.

    Didn't help my game I had on Sunday morning though...
