The important thing is to ensure that you do your due diligence on whoever is paying you so that you minimize the risk of a chargeback. 1) Ensure that you only deal with verified paypal members 2) Check the user IP against the country of their paypal account, they must match 3) Communicate with your customer so as to get a sense of whether he is real or not 4) Do not have him send you paypal money via Send Money option, use Request Money, Paypal Invoice or Buy Now option to receive funds 5) Make sure that you have all the sales documents such as Invoices, receipts, Shipping Documents and other proof of delivery. 6) Make sure that you use a shipping service with online realtime tracking like DHL, Fedex and the likes to ship.
