Why would you want to do that?

    1. Supporting sites like this will get your banned for life.
    2. Supporting sites like this will give these leeches reason to make more sites like this.
    3. Supporting sites like this will make advertisers walk away from advertising online.

There is no fast way to make money at ANYTHING. If you want to make money quickly, just go buy lottery tickets.

Stay far far far far away from anything that offers to increase your earnings from Adsense by whatever means. Most of them are scams, and if it's a "auto clicker" or "click mine and I'll click yours" type of operation they will definitely get you banned.

A few quick bucks aren't worth losing the ability to generate a steady income from Adsense for years to come!

Well, just to make sure if you understand what is the meaning of those sites, this will increase your earnings but not click through rates. That's mean those are joined in this site are more likely to visit the ads they are in interested. Anyway, i didn't get that much in CTR through it.

All of those programs are failures.

Consider the following: if a group of AdSense publishers joined together to look at each others' websites, would we generally click on advertisements of someone else? No.

This is the problem with promoting AdSense monetized sites to others who area also AdSense publishers -- they won't click your ads.

Morally wrong and unethical. I would not condone the use of such programs at all.

However i am wondering how it would be possible for google to prove that you used one.

Could it be google bowling time again?

Not that google need to "prove" you did really. Click, "puff", bye bye adsense!
