Say I have the following addresses:

    http://sitename.com/dir/

    and

    http://sitepoint.com/

How can I redirect any traffic from sitepoint.com to sitename.com/dir/ seo safely? sitepoint.com is currently pointed to sitename.com/dir/ via the godaddy domain manager. Is this a safe way of doing things, or is there a more SEO friendly way?

Yeah, I was just wondering if there was an easy way to do it from the godaddy panel, but there isn't.

Right, a 301 redirection would be safe to be setup via your .htaccess file or cPanel interface.

    Have a nice day,
