Here's a weird problem I have, as I've never heard of this problem before. Any help is appreciated :)

So, I'm developing a new site, and the overall page header is "THE LATEST NEWS", and I was testing out the theme, and all was good except for, when I tested it in Apple Safari (4.03), the header displays "THE NCVGUV NEWS". Actually when I tried to copy the title in to this post, it copy-pasted as "THE LATEST NEWS", and even in the source code it still says "THE LATEST NEWS"... so just when viewing it on the Safari browser does it give the weird characters.

If you're having trouble understanding what I'm saying, here's a screeny of what it should look like...

And now here's what it LOOKS like in Safari...

Here's the markup for it, which is displayed properly in both browsers, if it helps...

    <h2 class="intro">The <span>latest</span> news</h2>
    HTML:
Again, any help on this is greatly appreciated!

Delete line 32 in your html and you'll be good to go.

Do you have Javascript active on the page? There is no HTML4/XHTML code that I know of that could increment characters by two (or any number). Therefore, there must be a script causing it or you've found a bug in Safari.
