    Up for auction is M I A M I D E A L S . NET.

    I just don't have the time to develop it.

    I made the site using GoDaddy's Website Builder. You will need to make your own site as I cannot transfer the actual website. Its only 5 pages, so nothing really special.

    Receives at least 5 unique visits per day from MSN. I have never promoted the site.

    It does have Adsense Revenue, usually about 1-5 clicks per day. Anywhere form $.03 to $2.00 per day.

    The site is number #1 in msn for "Miami Deals" http://search.msn.com/results.aspx?q=miami+deals&FORM=MSNH
    #1 out of 8,000,000 sites.

    Google and Yahoo have it indexed.

    The value is really in the domain. Free GoDaddy Push.

    I had an offer of $1000 through SEDO a few months ago which I refused.

    5 visitors per day gets you 5 clicks also.
    Sounds like 100% CTR, which is interesting.
    Please post revenue stats.

    I'd say your adsense placement is against the new TOS. I'll bid $20 provided you delete adsense from the site asap (so it doesn't get banned which makes it useless)

    Trust me, its not. I dont have a stat counter only the server stats, which don't provide the best.

    I will check adsense.
