    Appearently Bush doesn't want them charged since some people have been in Gitmo for years without charges being filed. Considering they are all terrorists who cares :rolleyes:

    what crimes are they to be charged with? Name specific laws....you can't charge them if no laws existed at the time...however, what do you do with enemy combatants that are not a part of an official military? Its not like you can just let them go? These are people who want to kill as many people as possible in the name of islam...but I guess you would like that, wouldn't you?
