Yea i cancel them but i didnt have option to mark them as non paying, maybe that is the reason why there are so many fake usernames placing fake bids.

It only works for sales that are set up for Instant Pay. Otherwise we don't know on our end if someone actually paid or not.

Yea, thanks for answers, i canceled them, but now i see they are not punished. So if i dont use instant payment i cant punish them? Hmm maybe that why they fake bid. But it looks like this are real accounts, just dont understand why they fake bid.

Link your PayPal account and then for any future sales threads make sure you select the options:
    • "Allow Buyer To Pay Instantly"
    • "Bidder/buyer must have linked PayPal account"**
**"This will only allow users with a linked premium/business PayPal account to bid on or buy this item." < On one side, this might limit your buyer pool more, but on the other hand it might reduce the number of fake bidders/time wasters.

All you can do is chalk it up to experience. At least you did not lose money and a site, you can still sell it.
