Reason for Selling: My host doesn't like it and my server can't handle it. I keep going over bandwith because i have a cheap account and so it's not worth having my server/sites go down because of it. It's autopilot since it's a proxy. No need to promote because i did a LOT of promotion so it should be receiving a lot more traffic if you look below i go more in detail on what i did on advertising. I think i spent $100 on advertising/promoting just these few weeks.

Very Clean and crisp template. Lot of uniques a day. A bargain at this price. Only looking for a few months revenue to sell. I also did some promotion but since the traffic is 2 much i can't even know what it will be like in 1-2 months probably even more hits.

Bonus:
Since i dont have time or resources to manage I can tell you i already paid for it to be submitted to a whole lot of directories, top 100 social media, proxy advertising blasting, and have it scheduled to be sent out on a newsletter this week to get even more traffic. All this resulted in a huge boost in traffic. Here's a screenie for the traffic for past few days:

If your problem is the money for the host, here in DP forum you can get cheap and reliable proxyhosting, even free! you keep the adsense earnings and they keep the ads in the proxied pages.
I dont Know if it is your case, but most of the proxys that are been selling in this forum are blocked from many schools and workplaces.

It depends on how long the site has been active, Alexa rank changes every so often, it could take up to 10 days, for 50k uniques you should get shot down to 200k rank in 6 - 12 days.
