Georgian troops pull out of South Ossetian capital
Minister says soldiers leaving area to change their location but remain in South Ossetia, adding pullout will help provide humanitarian corridor to evacuate wounded. Earlier, loud explosions rock Georgia's capital as Russian jets drop three bombs on runway of military aircraft plant near Tbilisi's international airport.

    pipeline dude :D

Georgia sits in a tough neighborhood, shoulder to shoulder with huge Russia, not far from Iran, and astride one of the most important crossroads for the emerging wealth of the rich Caspian Sea region. A U.S.-backed oil pipeline runs through Georgia, allowing the West to reduce its reliance on Middle Eastern oil while bypassing Russia and Iran.

this is a dumb way to think russia the worlds largest oil exporter looking for oil in Georgio ! come on!

Georgio want to join nato and EU but it cant join because of problem in its terrotories.

And why you jump from the fact that it was Georgio who attacked and killed 15 russian peacekeepers!!

So if US wants it it is OK with you, right? :) This is all georgian lies, here we go:

1 Lie) "Russian planes bombed our civilian houses and they showing houses STAYING and not ruined with the roof is on fire."

The fact: If russian planes would have hit these houses with bombs the houses would be under the ground cos the rocket tries to reach the basement of the house. Ask any aviation specialist.

2 Lie) "Russia is bombing our pipelines"

the fact: if Russia wanted to bomb these pipelines, believe me there would be destroyed by now.

Russia commanders officially reported that yes, they are bombing Georgian territory, but only strategic areas, the navy airport near Tbilisi and other military bases. Why shouldnt we? They bombed the whole city capital of south ossetia without any limits on human lives (people are still in basements asking for help, sendint SMS messages). They wanted a war? They got it.

    Cos he is brainwashed.

Does any of the journalists from CNN, Skynews etc etc actually work in Tskhinvali? No. So, how can they say that Russia attacks Georgia when they don't have a clue about what's going on! They told you that 2000 civilians were killed in Tskhinvali. Why don't they tell you how those people were killed? Why don't they tell you how an old woman with 2 little kids was run over by a Georgian tank? Why don't they tell how Georgian troops killed a 2-year-old child with a knife? Why don't they tell you how Georgian troops lock families in their houses and then burn them alive? Why don't they tell you that Russian airport was attacked and that Russian peace keepers were killed? They only tell you that Russia is bad!

I'm not saying that Russia is not interested in the oil or whatever it can be, but saying that Russia attacked Georgia is ridiculous!!

Not really. The fact that Russian troops are on Georgian soil is irrefutable, whichever way you look at it.

You are right, thats why Putin calls it a Genocide. They were killing the wounded, how bad is that? Just coming and finishing them off! Its a clear ethnic cleaning.

By the way Russians are on their soil because of UN mandate that was given to them by majority in the UN ;)

    So what now ?

By a resolution of UN ;) Most of the countries in UN agreed that Russia would keep their peacekeepers forces there. They have been there for years.

It was Georgia who made a first step - attacked Russian peacekeepers and bombarded civilians, most of them Russians.

He doesnt understand that) Russia was a peacekeeper there since 90's. And now they just doing they job, simple as that :) Thats what our foreign minister said as well.

This is not a war with Georgia, this is a defensive operation and Russia follows all the agreements, thats why the west cant deside anything, no vilotaions were made.

If Russia was to declare a war with Georgia......you wouldnt see Mr Saakashvili on CNN everyday anymore ;)

By the way, 2 foreign journalists are dead now in south ossetia. How many are dead in Georgia? None. Cos Georgia is not under a fire.

I love the sound and smell of tanks rolling. It gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. When you see a tank for the first time in a pressure situation you are awestruck.

If Russia wanted to bomb cities, Tbilisi would be destroyed by now, dont worry if Russia tries to bomb Georgian cities you will find out about tens of thousands killed, not 35 georgians comparing to 2,000 south ossetians.

Do you really think that Russia bombs georgian cities and none of them are destroyed? :) You are poorly educated on the subject of russian army and weaponry. Russia did not declare a war against Georgia, but you can think otherwise, its your choice.

good luck watching CNN, mate. Try to watch other media, not only american or british and not russian (if you ask me).

The Russians have never been honest peacekeepers in Georgia and held onto bases inside Georgia including Batumi, Georgia until Nov. 2007. Another two Russian military bases in Georgia - at Tbilisi and Akhakalakai - were shut down in the last two years.

What you've said now is equals to "UN have never been honest", do you agree on that? How did they get approved if they are not honest, then? Oh, wait, the only honest persons on the world are americans, that gives them the right to deside who is the honest and who is not despite the fact that United Nations isnt just United States.

Shut down? So now you dont like that Russia follows the agreements made with Georgia and pulled all its bases from Georgia?

Probably we should've attacked them at night like they did on 8 Aug, right?

As soon as the Russian bases were shut down, the Georgians decided "Let's get them. "

Very honest and fair Georgians. Killing 2000 unarmed Russians and you are still trying to put the blame on the victims.

Are you an honest man? I doubt it.

There is a lot of dishonesty toward Russia in the west which dictates one thing to Russia. Bring to justice those responsible for the cold blooded murder of the 2000 Russians.
    There is no other way.
