Russian charset help A-SAP Please!

    Hi all,

    I have tried literally everything to get this page to appear in russian, can someone sort it out as I need it done by tomorrow!
    Have tried:
    charset=iso-8859-1
    windows-1252
    koi8-r

    Any ideas please?

    File is saved as unicode:)

    try using content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" for unicode...

    it looks perfect cyrillic here to me - bu tto be sure you need a cyrillic / russian person readinng the content
    however
    you have to make sure you have yourself in browser cyrillic charset installed
    and as a general rule
    always use exact same charset config in your editors used to create content as you have on your server
    and if for any reason you have to change / adapt charset
    do NEVER NEVER ever just change the file configuration of your HTML file.
    AVOID copy / paste of of part of a page into another page of a different charset

    but
    CONVERTcharset of a file from ONE charset to another charset using proper procedure
    and
    do this conversion ONE single times on ONE file
    if you repeat twice then you screw up your file !!

    I have multiple files in cyrillic - ru and cyrillic bg and other NON-ascii charsets and have no problem at all
