The statement that Poland needs them for their own security is funny.

Poland is a NATO member, so that means US will have to back them up by any means if someone attacks Poland.

We all knew against whom these systems were planned

I know, you have been programmed that no one is supposed to defend themselves if being attacked by US. It is very wrong and is illigal for anybody to fight back according to the software installed in your "head".

its no problem at all russia needs to install lots of nukes in cuba because this too is for their "own protection"...

on the other hand if the USA could invade cuba over it i see no reason for the russians not to do the same with poland...its EXACTLY the same situation and im going to enjoy the double standard LOL...

When was the last time Poland was an agressor in any shape or form? I am pretty sure that is just about never.
Poland wants security and Russia wants to deny them that. Poland is in a regio of the world that is becoming more and more dangerous and Russia wants them open to attack. If Poland was making an atack base or soemthing I understand Russia being worried. But it is a missle DEFENCE system. Poland is entitled to defend themselves and to set up defence.

Poland = US. They can install whatever they want, defense/attack system. Its not about Russia vs Poland my friend. Its about Russia vs US. So if something happens, Poland are clearly a US allies, that makes them a target.

Are you on crack or something? How is that narrow minded? By wanting to defend their nation? It has NOTHING to do with Russia vs America. You act as if Russia does not do whatever they please when they sure as hell does. They get away with just as much and the world sits back. It is irrelevant if we are allies with Poland. As stated they are building a defence base. They are not getting up in arms they are just defending themselves since the region around them has gone to crap.

 

I already said, theres no reason for Poland to defend. Do you know what is NATO and their agreements?

NATO is US organization that "defending" "democracies" like in Iraq, Afganistan, etc.

So, if Russia attacks Poland, do you know what that means? Ill tell you. That means US will have to step in, cos they both members of NATO. And that will be a Russia vs NATO war.

Its a total bs this defense statement cos even without this defense system its the same risk for Russia. It doesnt change anything, and the job of our military is to know all strategic bases near their border.

 

I would not really rely on Nato fo rmy defence. Personally I would much rather rely on a method of preventing an atack. Nato would step in after a fellow member is attacked. Pretty pointless if you had missiles launched at you. But if you have a defence system then you can prevent an attack in advance.

And there is more to it then concern about Russia possibly atacking Poland. That is not the entire story.

 

Well, Ill tell you a secret there are no shields created in the whole world that could catch some of the russian nuclear rockets (69 currently of these ones are on service)

So all this is pointless, the only thing is that Poland will be in the list of possible targets "if something happens".

Well since I stated that the shield is not all together a response to anything deaing with Russia I do not see your point. I believe its been stated that Poland wants the shield to also defend from a possible Iranian nuclear threat or another middle eastern threat. It is not all revolved around Russia.

And I know plenty about the Cold War.

 

I'm scared, I have a strong feeling this is the beginning of WW3..
I blame the United States, they should stop with their missile nonsense and stay in their own country. Europe was fine until the US started moving weapons to it.
