This is the type of thing that stops many tourists from going to Turkey, even though terrorists can strike anywhere.

Just waiting for AGS to post saying there's no such thing as a terrorist beside Bush:rolleyes:

I live in Turkey and we are shocked by the attack , but this is not an event by Islamic Extremists , maybe we should stop blaming them on every occasion they are the new sin goats of the world.

Global Warming : The Islamic Extremists
Inflation goes up : The Islamic Extremists
I broke my leg : The Islamic Extremists

Terorism is always bad and coward and everyone is deeply sad and shocked by the event. But we trust our goverment and sure that it will be solved and the criminals will be punished.

For the Turkish people it seems that the ones cause this is a fascist separatist terror group.

I thought kurds were Muslims? I'm not trying to be funny, I really thought they were Muslim.
And is this a second bombing, or the same one as posted earlier yesterday?

Yes they are generally muslims but this is not about all of the Kurds and this comes to nonsense at the end If you look everything on the Window of religion.
People should not have prejudice about people for their religion and everyhing is not correlated about religion everytime.
For example there is ETA,IRA in europe can we say that they are religional groups ?

Honestly, I don't know much if anything about the IRA or ETA. I mean, if they are operating under some type of holy guidance, then you could certainly call them a religious group...

EDIT: Is this a new blast, or the same from yesterday?

Im not from Turkey, but shit people. Expand your minds, A blast in Turkey, of course its PKK.

They often blast tourism areas to harm the turkish economy. Islamic fanatics in Turkey are not extremists, they are politicians.:)

Turkey is pretty cruel to kurds. They dont get to learn their languages in schools et c. But its a way to unite all people in Turkey.

Iran does the same thing, not letting azeris speak turkish to unite.

But the people in power fail to realize that it makes the opposite effect.

This is the same blast (yesterdays blast)
No , they do not operate on holy guidance as far as I know.
I just want to tell that religion is not correlated with everything happening in this world and Terror and killing is bad for everyone and brings more terror and killing.

Government allowed them to learn their languages and they had schools, however people were not interested in so they closed their schools.

There are no difference between Turk and Kurd. Kurd can be even President, and we had in the past. We had Kurd presidents, they have any rights that we have, so why they keep doing this stupid shit ? Of course the reason is not what you know....

Well, I figured I could ask the question here and gain knowledge. But after your rude and ignorant post, I went ahead and found out the answer on my own. And just as I had already assumed, the kurds are mainly Muslim.

Perhaps YOU need to go learn more before posting here, smart ass.

I don't care kurds are in the WORLD. I am talking about PKK's Kurds.

Because i have many KURD friends, and we are very good each other. Your question was not to get knowledge, you did it to provoke, like you do it everytime. Anyway, PKK's kurds are mainly SURYANI which is Christian.

    enjoy it...

That would give Jews some relief. Usually Jews are the scapegoat for all that is wrong in the muslim world. Could we blame them when they actually blow shit up though? That wouldn't be too unfair, would it?

Nope. Sorry, but they can't take credit for these things. These are things liberals blame Bush and Karl Rove for. You'll have to find something else :D

OK? And the majority of Syrians are also Muslim, what's your point?
I actually didn't do it to provoke to be honest, I did it because I was too lazy to go look it up myself, which in the end I had to do anyway because of your idiotic post.

Every time I see the word global warming, I actually get upset and angered.
If these idiot global warming crowds actually cared about the environment, they would try to do things that actually help. Like concentrating on endangered species and animal issues. Instead, these socialist hippy pigs hide behind this global warming crap.
I feel like going for a drive in my V8 right now, just in spite of that F'ing idiotic word.

    you can not be serious?

Denied political, and cultural rights, Kurds have been the principal victims of the Turkish state's excesses since the military coup of 1980. (It should be noted that, ironically--or tragically--the majority of victims of PKK abuses have also been Kurds.) Kurds are not targeted by the security forces because of their ethnicity per se. Many Kurds who align themselves closely with the Turkish state have been elected to parliament or hold high political office. However, any attempt to assert political or cultural rights based on Kurdish identity is looked upon as treason and as a threat to the very foundations of the Turkish state--and punished accordingly.

    http://hrw.org/campaigns/turkey/kurd.htm

I remember schoolbooks in kurdish, it wasnt allowed to enter turkey cause kurdish is not allowed.

They love kurds that accept turkish culture and language. But not kurds that wants to keep their own language and culture.

They are not anti kurd, they want to make all people turks.

Yes, of course schoolbooks will be Turkish. Turkey's official language is Turkish.
It is not for only Kurds. There is no japanese books, german books either but language classes.

However i also support them. If people are allowed to learn English, they have to be allowed to learn Kurdish too for people who would like to learn.

    And we do...
