Some of my friends told me that running will make my leg bolder. I want to be more healthy, so I choose to run. But now I am afraid of that. Who could tell me if it is a fact?
I don't know if it would make your leg bolder but I'm sure it will help you have a better health. I have been jogging and it really helps me remain alert and active through out the day, and that is the only thing that I do to help my body..
Unless you are doing sprints of some kind you likely will devlop very little bulk from running. Steady long distance running isn't known for significant increase to muscle mass.
Running is great exercise, swimming is the most complete exercise, if you have a place to swim at. If all you want to do a just build up your body, what you health club and do some exercises there on a regular basis within 60 to 90 days you should see dramatic differences. I have a neighbor who recently lost 30 pounds and is Tommy, and his legs and shoulders sure build up of his muscles. He says it really helps them in his work, he is in construction.
ya it is true that if anyone want to make his/her body slim and lean then he should do running it is the best way to make your leg bolder...
