Running wget on shared web hosting

    How do I run wget on shared web hosting? I am at a total loss here, I looked online and found nothing. I have ssh access if needed. Your help is appreciated.

    in ssh type "wget"

    if you want to call it from php use

    system("wget");

    ofcourse add command options.....
