"Running up post count" violation

I keep getting in trouble for the "running up post count" violation,
Don't want to be banned so what is running up post count?

Something like "pm sent" or maybe like "nice work"

Messages like

are considered running up post count.

 

when you typing few words ... like Thanks for the share or Nice post or good help ... anything with 2 words... and not for 1 or 2 posts but for repeated on 5 or 10 posts. Mods will see that and give you an infraction for that
