Running Up Post Count/Post Has No Value

    I keep getting this "Running Up Post Count/Post Has No Value" infractions from a mod. Thats ok of course, but the mod isnt telling what posts it is about so I have no chance to clean up my act. I am posting in the same style as I did when I entered this forums the first time. Would be a good help to know whats wrong with my postings.
    Or maybe it is that only one grumpy mod guy that gives me the infractions?
