Hey everybody, I have an experience of running a digital agency in Eastern Europe. But recently I decided to come out to a more global scope and chose the US for this. But when researching the niche I faced up with several problems: - I need to organize the US call line for clients; - we have to receive calls at night as we have different time zones - and it requires managing an additional support team; - and we need the US bank account. Do you think such decision may make sense? Or maybe these problems are far-fetched and are not so important?
