Running PPC for Website Clicks

    I've got a question guys, there are several sites that offer you to run PPC for just clicks on website. My question is if i run a PPC for my website, is it going to effect my the Google ranking of my website ?

    yes.it will increase the traffic n your site..that will helps your site to go upward in ranking..

    what if i use some black hat tools to run PPC is it going to help me or it will create another ditch for me in the path....... ?????
