How many people run DP? Does it take alot of work? Is it a full time job or hobby?

1 handles admin/backend stuff, 5 or 6 handle moderating, it's currently on two servers (1 web and 1 DB) but it could run on a single one if needed. In the process of moving it to DB and web server clusters for redundancy. It does take a lot of work, and it's just a hobby.
