So here we go : --------------------------------------------------------------- Although marketing through twitter isn’t necessarily a set-and-forget method. It shouldn’t be one that you dread having to do everyday, Hence why you are probably already using Twitter Friend Adder to automate the building of your profile. But some of you may still log in everyday to twitter, to have to tweet your product and other misc tweets to water down the spam-like messages and it can get very very boring after a week of doing it. There is a solution however, And it lies in TweetLater. You have probably seen me jabber on about this website before but it really is a treasure trove for automating every single part of your twitter life. So if you haven’t already, go over there and start an account! Going forward, i’m going to presume you already have an account . So once you are all logged in, you will need to add your twitter account(s) if you haven’t done already. Just hit “Accounts†from the horizontal menu, then “Add Account†from the sub-menu. Follow the steps to add your twitter account. You can add in some extra features like sending auto DM’s and unfollowing those who unfollow you etc. But that isn’t the point of this post, so another time we can talk about that. Once you have added your account hit the “Tweets†button on the horizontal menu, and then “Upload†on the sub-menu. Here is where the fun starts! You can upload a txt file to tweetlater, and it will run through the text file automatically tweeting messages at any time interval you choose…. Im sure you probably just went “Ohhhh†in amazement, because it really is that cool. It should be fairly obvious how we can work this to really turbo boost our conversions. Open up a blank txt document, and start writing up your tweets, with each one being on a new line. Anything that you would normally login to twitter to say, just write it in the document. Make it look real legit, because there is nothing worse then seeing that “Nothing to see here, mosey along now†message. Now depending on how often you want to tweet a message, you need to insert your affiliate link somewhere inbetween the tweets. Now if you decide, that you want to send a message about every hour, and send an affiliate link once per 4 hours, then obviously insert your link/marketing message every 4th line.Simply upload your file, and your ready to go. Do remember however, that once the txt file runs out, you are back to square one. You can ofcourse reupload the file, but your best bet is to write enough tweets to last a week or so. And space them our fairly reasonably. If you set the interval to one minute, then your gonna need alot of tweets just to last the day. One an hour or even every 4 hours, will mean the tweets will be stretched over a greater amount of time. P.S In regards to the other features of TweetLater such as Auto-Follow, auto-unfollow, @reply list , I will try and write another article sometime giving a basic overview of them. Ive heard some people say this. But i think its all WHAT you do with tweetlater. The fact is that tweetlater has an API key FROM twitter themselves. So twitter does know who is using tweetlater. But if they thought it was at all spam or a risk to twitter, they would just revoke the key.
Hi, Wabec Thanks your sharing first of all. I used tweetlater for quite some time and I know many people using it to auto-follow and send greetings.
i use tweetlater also but don't try to sell or promote your product when you have an automated thank you message that goes out. it can kill your rep before you even get started
