running asp.net on vista help

    Just got a new laptop, i want to create a local environment where i can practice asp.net.

    Is this possible on vista if so how ?

    I have both .NET and PHP development environments installed and configured on Vista. Why does the Visual Studio Express installation fail? Are you installing using an administrator account?
