Running adwords campaigns unattended?

I'm getting ready to take a week off (no cell phones, Internet or civilization:) ) and I'm concerned about allowing my adwords campaign to run without oversight while I'm gone.

Call me silly or paranoid but I check and adjust my campaigns several times a day to make sure they are running properly.

What do those of you with a lot of adwords experience do when you're away from the net?

I have a bunch of perl scripts I've written that check everything is fine, and perform certain actions based on certain variables.

TBH in the main I suspect you could just get away with just setting a suitable daily budget and leaving your ads to run.

I pause certain campaigns, reduce the budget on others, and leave some "as is". All depends on current business objectives.
