running ads in seperate directories - seperate accounts?

Ok, here is my deal. I started running my ads only on my forum, then eventually started running them site wide. I now have a link directory that I cant get the ads running in, so I want to switch to just running the ads in certain directories, actually 2 directories. one will be /forum, the othe will be /news. I will probably add a 3rd here soon as well.

Do I set up 3 accounts now and bind them together? This is all on the same domain, but I cant set up my account that way because I can't get ads on one section.

It's not possible on a single domain. You are allowed one account per domain.

Ok, then maybe you can answer another question. If I have my account setup at mysite.com/forum, is there any benefit to running the ads on mysite/news and on mysite.com? I am simplty stuck with one area that I cant run ads on, or cant figure out how to.

I will leave the ads on the rest of the site if they are serving a purpose for me.

No, if your base URL is a folder (/forum/ for example), there is no benefit to run ads outside that folder.
