Running a warez forum!!

Hi i have been given a chance to run a warez forum but i dont know if it is legal or not. What are the laws surrounding this type of forum??

Surely if it was users on the site were posting links to other sites then i am technically doing nothing wrong am i?? Or have i got it totally wrong??

ok that answers part of my question, but is it illegal on the part of the website owner that doesnt post or on the users that do???
