I am going to run a design only website contest and I have some questions to help me run a good contest. 1. The contest is going to be to design the home page as usual, but I have 5 more page designs (landing page, blog page etc) that will need to be designed after the home page What is a fair price or price range to pay the winning designer on a per additional page design after the contest is over? 2. I will probably want to add flash elements to accentuate the design. What should I budget for a flash guy to add these? or how can I spec that out in the design contest? 3. I will want to keep the home page file size relatively low, is that largely the designer or the programmer that can keep the page small? 3A. Is it possible to have a full screen size picture as your home page and keep the page small? 4.
