Running a personal domain backordering script?

So, everyone is talking about the domain backordering services like Pool and the other big names.

What if a person decides to go a different way. I came across some solutions that allow people to set their own scripts, running on a server that automatically attempt to register domains that are soon to be dropped. They usually use the Enom API.

    Is that a good choice?

Of course, this is cost effective if you have a more serious interest in domain snapping because of the monthly expenses for a server, the cost of the script, etc.

Anyone had experience with this. If yes, which is the best script out there?

    Thank you for the time!

You have to signup for a reseller account with eNom then you can use that script/software. This might work!!! but the issue is that eNom might ban you from running excessive queries against its servers or even cancel your reseller account for abusing their systems. I had looked into that in the past but unless you have the right resources/connections then it might work. If you are trying to offer the service like pool then it might be worth investing into it.

    Best of luck.
