All, Im not quite new to affiliate programs, but the majority of the knowledge I do have came from Adult kind of websites. I have used NATS and so forth. But Im thinking about launching an affiliate program and would love your input. I have 10 Real Estate Agents that would pay money for leads and sales. What would make you interested in affiliating for them? How much rev share? What would be fair to pay for a simple lead? How easy would this be for you to market? What would you need from me? Links and Banners will be supplied, and typical methods of payouts would be standard. Im curious how you would want to measure an actual lead? Because an Agent wouldnt want to pay for just a view of the website. If we created a form that actually said schedule a showing, or RSVP for an open house... I think the Agent would be willing to pay something for that. If you could physically call and setup the appointment with the Realtor based on a point of contact form you have, or after you have verified they want to see the house or speak to an agent... We could turn that into revenue for an affiliate. Anyone want to share some thoughts?
