    Hello,

Im currently running a competition on referring friends to my site.

One person claims they have 7 but the IP's look a bit, well alot IFFY.

    They are:

    (172.200.16.6) (172.142.47.142) (172.203.149.94) (172.200.16.6) (172.200.181.9) (172.189.69.77) (172.141.42.226)

Now do they look to similar to be the same person?

For me thats 95% the same person. Would like a second opinion.

    Thanks.

Ha ha ha...just as I had expected! All those IPs belong to AmericaOnline (AOL).
They change the IP address dynamically while a user is surfing the net...so one may have 100 IPs in just 30 minutes...so, yes there's a huge chance of fraud here.

It's your choice...not my area of recommendation...decide accordingly.
