    There are several reasons NOT to mix file uploading sites with Adsense:
    1. Clickthrough rates are notoriously low: <1%
    2. High bandwidth costs will eat into Adsense profits
    3. If users upload prohibited content on Adsense pages, your account could be banned.
    4. Accurate ad targeting would be iffy at best since there would be minimal text for contextual targeting.

    Tempting, but...

    ...savy affiliates will be aware of what happens if your Google account gets suspended (for any possible reason). Also, need more info about how you will track the affiliates.

    IMO, a decent incentive idea, but has some tough 'real-world' challenges.

    (Edit: Yes, a lot like what jamcom said; I didn't see his post before I started writing mine :))
