The reason Bush's approval rating dropped is because CONSERVATIVES are disapproving of Bush!

Bush's approval rating among democrats actually ROSE from 9% to 11% when he announced his liberal comprehensive border stance, but his approval rating among Republicans, who tend to be conservative, DROPPED from around upper 80's to the upper 60's in percentages.

Right now, Bush's approval rating is 76% among republicans, and 17% among democrats. That's right, Bush's approval rating is RISING among Democrats, as he consistently promotes LIBERAL plans like his LIBERAL border stance, and his LIBERAL healthcare plans.

Bush is a right-wing liberal. Bush tricked most Republicans into thinking he'd cut government size, when in fact Bush has expanded government more than ANY president since FDR, another right-wing liberal (pro-defense pro-religion, but big-goverment).

The majority of politicians are liberals, just anti-defense vs pro-defense, anti-religion vs pro-religion. It's not in the interest of politicians to be conservative, as that means smaller government to preside over.

The 2,000 dead buddhists in Thailand from MUSLIM insurgent attacks is a seperate issue. If Islam is a religion of peace, what did Buddhists ever do to Islam?

The irony being here, they want a piece of land for themselves in southern thailand, like Palestinians with israel, yet there never WAS a muslim land in Thailand. Of course even if Thailand gives the muslims their own land, the muslims will then start expanding and taking more land until they control all of Thailand. That is the whole point of Islam.
