    Greetings,

    I've a newbie question for the admins/moderators.

I've recently had a bad experience (rip-off and non-support) from an online vendor and potential affiliate partner, and wanted to share the details of this experience with other forum members as a warning to prevent the same thing from happenning to anyone else. But, I'm reluctant to do so after reading the following statement in the FAQ/Rules section: "Personal attacks against people, or sites will not be tolerated. If you have an issue with someone or their site, take it up with them personally."

This isn't a "personal attack" per-se; I've tried to resolve the issue but there's no "person" to resolve it with. Only bad email addresses, non-functioning help-desk/support sites yet valid merchant accounts to accept your money without delivering functional product in return.

In this situation, would it be a violation of forum rules to post the details of this transaction and the efforts at resolution that resulted in absolutely nothing? I feel it would be of value to prevent others from falling into the same trap. Thanks in advance.

You can express your anger through iTrader and posting in the user's sale thread, explaining that they never bought/sold the item.
