Rules for AdSense Placement (Dynamic, conditional, etc)

Maybe I didn't take a thorough-enough look at the Adsense rules, but I was not sure on the following:

Question 1 - Display ads with a randomizing function:
Is it okay to sometimes place an Ad in one spot - for example - say I have a free spot to the left of this page -- can I use a script that gives the ad like a 40% chance of displaying in that spot so that the Ad does not display every single time?

Question 2 - Display ads conditionally based on data sent to the browser or page layout:
Another question - Lets say I have a big box on my page that is usually used to hold text. What if, for some items users are viewing, there is not much text to display. Based on that condition, can I place an ad in that box (or near that box?) only when there is not much text, or does that ad have to consistently display?

Question 3 - Placing an ad using javascript based on user action:
What if my user decides to take some action such as add something to a cart, or click a button that unhides a div full of comments - is it okay if that action also fires placement of an ad (given that I would now have more free space available on the page)?

Thanks for the answers and comments. I am not looking to clutter my pages with ads, and I thought using random and conditional methods like the ones above, if properly used, could cut down on the number of times I would need to display ads to users, and also possibly increase ctr since the ad placement might be less expected.

Question 1 - Display ads with a randomizing function:
YES - As long as you don't modify the ad code in anyway

Question 2 - Display ads conditionally based on data sent to the browser or page layout:
YES - As long as you don't modify the ad code in anyway

Question 3 - Placing an ad using javascript based on user action:
I THINK so - As long as you don't modify the ad code in anyway. Might want to followup with Adsense Support on that one - but i'm 92% sure it's ok

Thanks for your reply. If I get kicked out of adsense now its all your fault =P Just kidding. Maybe a good idea for a thread would be to ask people here if they have been banned from adsense, and what prompted google to ban them.

Then you have to modify Adsense adcode. It is banned by adsense.
