    I am going to build an German web site for a company based in Germany, but I would like to know what are the laws, rules and regulations to open web shop in Germany, and what is the best shopping cart system to build it for an web shop based to German rules?
    I am considering to use open cart but I dont know if its suitable to build web shop in German with it?

    The only thing I know about German laws is that you will must to list the prices per KG if you sell food or something like this.
