    Nice directory site for sale. It features an older version of the premium theme, Directorypress. It was free at the time, but now it is $79.

    It is registered at Godaddy and has almost a year left (3/5/11).

    The site has had zero promotion, but still has 128 people who signed up. This is a great start on an email list. The site needs some work and promotion, but the basis is there.

    The site also features a cool and original custom logo. I am looking for a quick turnaround on this site. Please make me an offer. Thanks!

    The site uses regular shared hosting. There are no fancy requirements, just Wordpress and a database. Remember that the new version of DirectoryPress costs $79, so this is a steal for a fraction of that cost, along with the nice email list. I think a few more people have registered since I posted this site for sale.
