Rubicon Project - Reporting problem

Anyone using Rubicon Project see a large discrepancy between the Ad Space stats and Earning stat?

Over 50% of my clicks shown in Ad Space stat were simply missing on my earning page, which makes the "effective revenue per click" goes to merely $0.05 per click.

The concept of this program is great, but there is lots of "room of improvement" for the reporting page. Anyone got accepted into their BETA program mind sharing your experience?

I would just drop them and email or phone call. They are still in their Beta testing so this is the feedback they are looking for to improve the reporting.

I have not gotten in the Beta yet, but a friend gave me access to his account so I could see what it was all about. Looks very impressive.

In fact I have contacted them and was told that their programmers are working on this issue. Believe it or not, the eCPM improved dramatically from $1 to $4.3 in two days.

Given the fact that my site is only using 6 out of the 60-70 networks available in Rubicon Project, I would expect a much higher eCPM once I got accepted into all available networks.

I've had about 30 clicks show up on the 'earnings' page but only 5 on the 'ad space' page. My EPC has been pretty abysmal this week (0.12 for 5k impressions) but since I've only be in for 7 days I'm going to give it a little more time.

the only thing I can think of is perhaps CPM ad clicks are being counted in some places and not others.

Thanks everyone who has notified us of the reporting "bug" between the "ad space" clicks and the "earnings" clicks.

Note: The "earnings" clicks are correct and the stats used to track earnings (note that some networks are CPM networks, not just CPC).

Our engineers are working hard to fix the problem. We'll let you know once it is fixed. Thanks for giving us a heads up and helping us make our private beta product better.

btw-- if you need help or have any questions/feedback-- please shoot us an email at care at rubiconproject dot com.

    Thanks again!

Yeah I hit that problem, and more than that, it doesn't report at all on the subdomains, i did have rubicon ads on my forum, but the clicks and views didn't register at all, i don't know about clicks, but I know there were 200+ views :p
