    Can you register .ru or com.ru domain and where to do it. Godaddy doesn't offer the option.

    Russia, like Sweden and China, now has rules where a national of the country can only register domains.

    just go on russian domains search on google. I wouldnt suggest a .ru domain unless your trying to rank in russia for something.
