Buying RTL (right to left) Wordpress plugin

Need someone to install turn my arabic wordpress blog into RTL (all posts, 10 of them and the navbar etc.)

I know there's plugins for that or CSS modifications but I have no time do it, I know it takes 5-10 minutes tops)
