    I got some information from my friends about RTL( Relevant theme Links). They make profile on relevant theme forums blogs and submit there Link. Please anybody can provide brief explanation on this topic.

    Its basically saying that if your links promote a footwear site then you should submit to footwear directories, blogs etc.

    Did you not ask your friends?
