google dont have any rules to bann u from search if u use rss, same time if site is banned only 1 site will banned and if u fraud clicks on any site using scripts then they bann adsense,then income on all sites will be losed, in this case u are very safe.you can always give backlinks to source if u like i always ask clients what they preff.
