RSS/Wordpress -> Facebook Application Script?

    Hi,

    Im looking at using facebook to drive some traffic to a wordpress blog. Now ideally what I would want it to do, is each day (or 2 days etc) display a random wordpress post on peoples walls/news feeds.

    Another one I would like to see, is it display my 5 top posts

    Now i have come across WPBook but im not sure that quite ticks the boxes, is there any script out there that does what im looking for?

    I believe you would only be able to post to other people's walls & news feeds if they went to the app each day and then allowed the post to be posted.

    There was some kind of a FB app for that cant remember the name just search for RSS on FB
