RSS updates

    Ok I'm new at this so plase help me.

    I make this RSS Feed right...

    I add it to my server and all is well.

    Now how does it get my site content when it changes?

    I know i have to have some other code in my index.php or something.

    I know this is easy for you guys so please help me. I finaly got the feed and now what?

    You need to generate the feed when ever your site content changes, how is your site powered?
