Rss syndication wordpress

    Ive seen it done before but i cant find it anywhere, im not used to wordpress.

    I need get an RSS feed to post on the blog so it runs with out me doing anything ? how can i do this ? ill be adding content to the pages but on the homepage (blog posts) i want the RSS to feed it.

    Ive tried a couple of mods but its been no help, ill pay if i need too to get this done

    google wp-o-matic and you'll know how to use it, you can add content automatically on your wordpress blogs, i am sure it helps.
