I read somewhere on a blog that the more RSS subscribers you have, the higher an Alexa ranking and better results you will get from some of these affiliate programs, such as Text Link Ads and Feedburner. I am sure that I am missing part of the story, anyone have a better description?
If you have a lot of people subscribing to your feed it makes sense that it will help increase your page views, So i guess that would in turn help you make more money from advertisers, PPC and would increase alexa rank.
RSS subscriber base is helpful for getting in to Feedburner Ad Network, ReviewMe and may be Text Link Ads. It is nothing to do with Alexa. Higher Alexa rank is good for Text Link Ads and ReviewMe
We have several RSS feeds on our site under the topis of the 2008 Presidential Election. We want to get these out and utalized on other sites. What si the best way to do this. Are there any newtowrks to submit RSS feeds to? http://www.spartaninternet.com/2008/ thanks
I've thought about exchanging RSS feeds with people in a site like this one... similar to what we do with DIGGs and link exchanges. Has anyone done this?
