RSS Subscriber Reminder Plugin?

I am trying to find a plugin that gives a graphical reminder to subscribe to my RSS feed that is only displayed after the first post on the main page (and when you click a post to read more details).

Any ideas?

I found this one:

But it just displays text and it displays after every single post.

Any other plugins you might recommend or have any ideas on how to edit it to display for only the first one?

I've already found the one you linked above but it doesn't do what I'm looking for it to do.

 

how about one that comes in like a pop -up,, ehh I cant find it but i know the guy's name is something like yaro storak....

 

That name sounds familiar but I don't know of a plugin he's made to do this.

This kind of plugin is yet not available as much as I can tell, however you can also try this one
