RSS submissions list?

Does anyone have a good list of where to submit RSS feeds to? I've been working on a lot of forum profiles and then converting them to RSS feeds using Yahoo pipes. I haven't come across a good list to submit the feeds to.

Yes, I have a great list of RSS directories. Even better I have a list of DO FOLLOW RSS Directories. Just go to the site on my signature, I made a post of all the DO FOLLOW RSS directories.

 

Half of you list is out of date, sites not found etc. You might want to check that out.
