rss submission

hi friends,
I have about 10-12 websites for which I want to submit rss feed.

Do you know any website or any tool by which I can submit by websites's feed to multiple and good rss directories.

I will like to avoid manual posting to each directory

I would suggest you to go for manual submission because it gives you the assurance that submission is done but in automated submission we can guarantee for successful submission and there are millions of feed directories present on internet, just searching for them and submitting the feeds to at least 10 directories a day can be good and it will not even take much time.
